We also offer optional consultancy packages for applicants who want to manage their visa application in a more controlled way. This service does not replace the official system; it provides application preparation, checking, tracking and travel planning support.
Please note: Visa consultancy is not mandatory. Applicants may complete their application directly through the official system on their own.
The amount shown in the consultancy packages is Mark Turizm’s service fee. If applicable, the official visa fee and bank or virtual POS commission are shown separately.
Consultancy packages
The packages differ in terms of application checking depth, service priority, tracking scope, the level of detail of the personalised Türkiye plan and its preparation time. The pre-check of the application photo and, where required, supporting documents is included in all packages.
Information, photo and document check
Checking for inconsistencies in passport, personal information, dates and travel document; pre-checking the photo to be uploaded with the application and, where required, supporting documents for format, legibility and consistency with the application information.
Tracking and delivery support
Guidance for tracking the application status, downloading the visa document and delivering it to the applicant.
Türkiye travel preparation
Personal preparation according to the selected package, including arrival day, transport, route, restaurant, event and practical travel suggestions.

Payment items in visa consultancy fees

Consultancy service fee
In the Standard, Fast and Express packages, the main item is Mark Turizm’s optional consultancy service fee.
Official visa fee, if any
If an official visa fee has been set by the competent authorities for the relevant application, this amount is shown separately from the consultancy fee.
Bank / virtual POS commission
For card payments, a commission of around 5% may arise depending on the bank and payment infrastructure used. The exact rate is visible at the payment step.
Total payment
The total amount consists of the consultancy service fee, the official visa fee if applicable, and any payment commission.
