Let us first clarify the basic distinction
The visa is not available for every country and every passport type. Eligibility is checked in the official system by selecting country/region, travel document type and travel date. Mark Turizm’s service does not replace the official portal; it is optional paid support for applicants who want to manage their application preparation in a more organised way.
Purpose of travel
According to official information, the visa is used for tourism and business travel. Work, education, medical treatment, research or long-term residence may require different visa procedures.
Optional support
Mark Turizm consultancy packages differ in the scope of application preparation, information consistency checks, photo and, where required, supporting document checks, submission support to the official system on behalf of the applicant, tracking, document delivery guidance and the personalised Türkiye plan.
How is the official visa application generally made?
The steps below are for general information. Final eligibility, fee, validity period and additional conditions, if any, are displayed on the official application screen.

Eligibility is checked
The applicant selects country/region, travel document type and travel date on the official portal to check whether they are eligible for a visa.

Official conditions are reviewed
The official system shows the conditions that may apply according to the selected information. Additional conditions, such as supporting documents or a valid visa or residence permit, may apply to some applicants.

Application information is entered
Name, surname, date of birth, passport or travel document number and travel date are entered in the official application form. The information must match the passport exactly. A photo is also uploaded during the application; some applicants may be asked to provide supporting documents.

Email verification is completed
The official system may send a verification message to the email address provided during the application. If this step is not completed on time, the application may time out.

Official fee is paid
If an official visa fee has been set by the authorities for the relevant country and travel document type, the amount is displayed according to the official system rules during the application.

Visa document is downloaded
When the application is completed, the official system may provide a visa download link. It is recommended to keep the document digitally or in print during travel.
Citizens of which countries can obtain a visa?
The list of eligible countries and the visa exemption rules may be updated over time. The Presidential Decision No. 11172 published in the Official Gazette dated 17 April 2026 and numbered 33227, granting visa exemption to Australian ordinary passport holders for tourism and transit, is a recent example of such changes.
The list below has been prepared based on the countries included in the visa eligible countries information page on the official website. Being on the list does not mean that an application will definitely be approved. Additional conditions such as a valid visa or residence permit, supporting document, age requirement, return ticket, hotel reservation, financial sufficiency or other conditions may apply to citizens of some countries. Passport information
The information used in the application must match the information on the passport or travel document. Errors in letters, dates or document numbers may invalidate the visa.
Passport validity
The required validity of the travel document depends on the applicant’s nationality and travel conditions. The conditions shown in the official system should be checked carefully before applying.
Purpose of travel
The visa is for tourism and business travel. Work, education, medical treatment or long-term stay may require different application routes.
Separate application for each traveller
According to official information, each traveller, including children and infants, needs a separate visa. Family and group applications must comply with the conditions shown by the official system.
Photo, documents and additional conditions
The photo to be uploaded with the application and any supporting documents requested must be up to date, legible and in line with the official requirements. Official fees and additional conditions may vary according to country, travel document type and applicant situation; the most accurate information is displayed in the official system during the application.
No guarantee of entry
The visa is an important travel document; however, the final assessment for entry into Türkiye may be made by the authorised officers at the border.

How are fees separated?
Before payment, the applicant should clearly see which item is being paid for. The consultancy package fee is different from the visa fee that may be set by the official authorities.
Consultancy service fee
In the Standard, Fast and Express packages, the main item is Mark Turizm’s optional consultancy service fee.
Official visa fee, if any
If an official visa fee has been set by the competent authorities for the relevant application, this amount is shown separately from the consultancy fee.
Bank / virtual POS commission
For card payments, a commission of around 5% may arise depending on the bank and payment infrastructure used. The exact rate is visible at the payment step.
Total payment
The total amount consists of the consultancy service fee, the official visa fee if applicable, and any payment commission.
